As far as major golf tournaments go, there is yet another one that will be starting today and that is the 2018 running of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic, which is a fairly recent golf tournament which began life back in 2016.
It is in Richmond, Virginia over in the United States of American that it is being played out and it is at the James River course at the Country Club of Virginia golf course that plenty of golfers are going to be taking part in it, in the hope they bag a large share of the prize purse.
There is some $2million in that prize purse, and as this is one the PGA Tour Champions season of golf tournaments there are several golfers that do have an outstanding chance of winning it this year and that is what I will be doing below, pointing out just which golfers are going to have a mighty fine chance of winning it this year.
You will also find listed below their current odds on winning that golf tournament, and if you do fancy backing any of them then keep in mind that the betting site those early prices are currently available at it William Hill!
Favourites to Win the Dominion Energy Charity Classic
There are currently three golfers that are attracting a far bit of support on the early betting market for the Dominion Energy Charity Classic and the first one needs no introduction for the current favourite is of course Bernhard Langer who does certainly look a very fair bet at his win odds on offer at William Hill of 9/2!
It is Miguel Angel Jimenez at 7/1 who is the current second favorite and there has also been plenty of money rolling in for Jerry Kelly whose odds have dropped but are fairly table now at 10/1 too.
Dominion Energy Charity Classic Current Outsiders to Win
I would never put you off backing any golfer or golfers that you may feel do have a very fair and very reasonable chance of winning this year’s staging of the Dominion Energy Charity Classic and there is plenty of them you an back, but do consider backing some of them each-way if you can do.
There will be each-way betting terms on offer to you are William Hill that will see you being able to get one quarter of the win odds the first five placed finishers in the Dominion Energy Charity Classic and that means there is plenty to value waiting to be secure by backing Scott McCarron Scott Parel at 16/1 or even the likes of David Toms, Joe Durant, Kevin Sutherland and Tom Gillis each- way at their current odds of 20/1!
You may also fancy the chances of golfers such as Bob Estes and Kenny Perry and if so then their odds are both 22/1 and at a quarter of the win odds when betting each-way that does bring into the reckoning golfers such as Brandt Jobe and Vijay Singh at 25/1 too.
