The earlier you bet on any major upcoming races, the greater chance you will have of bagging some much better odds on any of the horses that you fancy winning those races.
On the 30th of this month it will be the Ladbrokes Novice Chase that will be being run, and that is a race that always attracts plenty of punters, some of whom are prepared to back big on it, and one horses that is being backed heavily right now is Santini.
As for the odds you are going to be able to secure on Santini, well that is all dependent of course on just how quickly you are prepared to bet, for it is currently still available at odds of 2/1, at BetFred, but I seriously do doubt that if the amount of cash being bet on that horse continues, it will be that price for very much longer.
You may however fancy backing another horse in his race, or due to the fact it is a Novice Chase after all, many prefer backing a horse each-way rather that to win, and as far as the BetFred each-way betting terms on this race you will get one fifth of the win odds being paid out to you for the first three horses to cross the finishing line!
Other Fancied Horses to Win
If you do not want to back Santini and at 2/1 there will be plenty of you out there that will be put off backing that favourite to win, then there are loads of other horses that may just have the improved form to win this race.
As for just which horses they are, well there are the two joint second favourites who are fairly easy to back at odds of 7/2 and they are La Bague Au Roi and Lostintranslation, and I cannot help but think that both Bags Groove at 11/2 and Spiritofthegames at 8/1 are also going to run a very good race too.
No Hopers and Outsiders
It is fair to say that if you want to back any other horses running in this year’s Ladbrokes Handicap Chase you will be pinning your hopes on some of the outsiders to come out on top and win, and their respective chances of doing just that are slim.
However, at the end of the day it will be your hard earned money you will be betting with, and the odds are certainly there for the taking if you do fancy backing any of the outsiders or even the no hopers too!
With that in mind here are the rest of the field and their current set of odds, however I doubt that the odds on any of the following horses are going to get much shorter, so it may be worth waiting to see if they get long, and those horses are Le Breuil at 12/1, Topofthegame at 14/1, Secret Investor at 16/1, Mr Big Shot and also Talkischeap at 20/1 and Vivas at 66/1!
