Now I know what you are probably thinking, it is way too early to place any type of bet on this year’s X Factor show, for there is no realistic way that you could possibly be able to pick out the winner so early, however believe it or not plenty of punters are placing their bets on the TV talent show!
One of the main reasons some punters are betting early is that over at betting sites like Betfred, they are offering a very early betting market on which the most likely contestants that have so far appeared on the show all have win odds attached to them, and those odds are extremely high at this early stage it does have to be said!
With that in mind and as long as you realise that betting at such as early stage of this year’s X Factor show does have its own unique set of risks, I will not give you an insight into just which contests are being backed and their respective odds too.
One thing I would like to point out to you is that this market is of course live, and as such each week the odds and names of those contestants that could win are going to be changing as the show progresses, so if you see any odds on a contestant that you want to take you need to secure them sooner rather than later!
Current Favourites to Win X Factor 2018
There is currently one contestant that is the favourite to win X Factor this year, whether he will do so of course does remain to be seen. That contestant is Anthony Russell and Betfred have him listed on their novelty betting market at odds of 7/1.
There are currently two people that are the joint second favourites to win and they are Brendan Murphy and Molly Scott who are both on offer at odds of 12/1.
Outsiders to Win X Factor 2018
As for the list of outsiders that could be in with a chance of winning, well one thing you are going to find appealing if any of the contestants you have so far watched getting through the audition stages are ones you think could win, is that their respective odds are huge.
Therefore if you think that Misunderstood or Janice Robinson are going to win then you should be backing them right now as I doubt their current win odds of 16/1 are going to get any higher.
Danny Tetley at 25/1 looks a fair bet and one that I do think plenty of people may fancy placing, however you are going to also find Olatunji Yearwood at 33/1 and three contestants are currently up for grabs at odds of 50/1 are Andy Hofton, Kezia Povey and Charlotte Lee.
I think it is fair to say that Betfred do not fancy the chances of Jacqueline Faye to win X Factor this year due to the fact their odds compilers have attached odds of 66/1 on her winning!
